In our classes we teach Kundalini Yoga – Yoga of Awareness – the practice given for the times we are living in. Kundalini Yoga will benefit those who want to improve their health, mental wellbeing, energy, spiritual awakening and to be true, bright, human being that actively participate in their own life.

Through practice of Kundalini Yoga techniques: kriyas, meditations, shabd guru (mantra chanting), yogic lifestyle you will recognize your true nature (Sat Nam), truth that surrounds you, you can develop your intuition and explore your talents and gifts. The practice it self is cleansing the layers of false identities and projections so your qualities, virtues and uniqueness that is already in you can shine through.

Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam: Mandev Kaur

Mandev practices Kundalini Yoga since 2007 and teaches since 2018. Her dedication and passion for the teachings is rooted in deep experience of the practices and live-changing effect they had on her health, wellbeing and consciousness.

Mandev Kaur is KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor Level 1 and continue to study towards her Level 2 certification with Karam Kriya School teachers Shiv Charan Singh and Satya Kaur.
